Fitness group classes

Serenity Fitness offers small group exercise classes in the form of bootcamps in our fitness and Pilates studio. Bootcamps are designed for maximum results. Bootcamps can be fast paced with various exercises changing each session.

 

Our fitness classes incorporate a wide variety of exercises covering strength, endurance and cardiovascular. Our bootcamps provide our members with structured and progressive routine to help them reach their goals.

  

Our classes make effective use of interval training, so rest assured we do include rest breaks. When you think of bootcamps the first thing that comes to mind may be a sergeant major shouting over you, well, our head coach may be ex-military, but that doesn't mean our approach is that extreme.

We use a mixture of bodyweight exercises, such as jumping and plyometrics and weighted movements, using kit such as kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells of varying weights.

Our fitness classes are only 45 minutes.

We squeeze many activities within the 45-minute - warm up, workout and cool down stretches.

Classes suitable for all.. The class will be adapted for members attending the class.

Jumping isn't your thing?! Sore back?! No problem, we have alternative movements for you.
